My stay in Sofia was quite pleasant overall, thanks to the hotel's excellent location and some helpful staff. The room size was decent, catering well for three people. however, a few cleanliness issues were noticeable. While I appreciated the proximity to the metro and shopping areas, there were some minor inconveniences that made the experience feel less than perfect.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Central Point. While the location next to the Serdica Metro was fantastic for exploring the city, my room had a damp smell and lacked adequate lighting. The thin curtains made it hard to fully darken the room, and the bathroom design wasn't ideal, as everything got wet during showers.

I had a great stay at Hotel Central Point, enjoying the excellent location right by Serdika Metro Station and within walking distance of many attractions. The night manager was incredibly helpful, especially during my early morning departure. However, I did have some issues with a taxi booking that wasn't handled well, and I bumped my head on a low beam in the bathroom. Overall, I'd rate my experience positively despite these minor hiccups.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Central Point. The staff was friendly and the location was fantastic, right in the city center near the metro.
